Okay Shield fans I have definitely been bad on blogging. Last Tuesday on the Shield Mackey is still on the hunt for Lem's killer. He suspects it was Eduardo a gang banger. So Mackey finds Eduardo tortures him and then kills him. Shane is feeling terrible and tries to talk Shane out of killing him because Eduardo may be a lead to others that could of been involved with Lem's murder (but it was Shane who killed Lem).
Back at the Barn Dutch is getting all jealous because his pretty protege Officer Tina Hanlon is talking to one of the tough Barn guys.
Will Mackey find out Shane is Lem's killer?
Will Mackey be forced to retire from the Strike Team?

If you did not see Tuesday's Sheild shame on you. It was so good. Kavanaugh puts some heat on the investigation into Mackey killing Lem. Although Kavanaugh could not play with the big dog (Mackey). Kavanaugh's plan back fires. After planting evidence in Mackey's apartment and feeding lines to the 
informant to convict Mackey of Lem's death Detective Dutch gets the feeling something is not right with Kavanaugh and he is lying. So Dutch and Claudette pry into the case a little further questioning the informant and Kaughinoff can not take the heat so he gives himself up and off to jail he goes. The show does not end without Mackey paying Kavanaugh a visit in jail.
On another note Mackey becomes obsessed with finding Lem's killer and kidnaps (who he thinks is the killers girl friend). The boys in the Barn think this is a bad idea and would cause them more trouble. Shane is starting to get nervous that Mackey is taking this to far for no reason since he killed Lem.

Sorry it has been two days since the season premier of the Shield and I am just getting to blogging. It has been a crazy week. 
So the Shield was fantastic. Hold onto your hats boys and girls this season is going to be a wild ride. The Strike team continues to mourn the loss of Lem. Mackey makes it his personal mission to track down Lem's killer even if it means neglecting his own family. The Strike Team finds out that Lem was actually going to agree to a longer sentence and not give up the Strike team. Shane (who killed Lem because he thought he was going to give up the money train) becomes increasingly irratic with his behavior and even thought about creating suicide. This behavior is concerning to Vic.
Claudette gets not so good news about the barns future. She begins to take measures and Mackey is being asked to retire early. Mackey is putting up a fight and not in cooperation.
Kauvanaugh is still around and making it his mission to pin Lem's murder on Mackey by making promises to an informant to lie and say she was the middle man between Eduarto and Vic to have Lem killed. Mackey gets even more angered by this news.
So questions to think about.
Will Mackey figure out Shane is Lem's killer?
Will Shane kill himself before he is found out to be the killer?
Will Claudette turn the barn around?
What is next???? Stay tuned....

Season six of The Shield starts tonight. Among the new faces: Aussie Alex O'Loughlin, 29, son of AC/DC front man Bonn Scott, who will join Mackey's Strike Team as Det. Kevin Hiatt.

I never saw myself as a person who would enjoy watching the Sheild. Okay, I admit the tough guy Vic Mackey has something intreging about him. Sort of like Tony Soprano on the Soprano's. It is somewhat, shall I say sexy. Yes, I said it "sexy". Maybe it is the tough guy attitude, power, or the gun I do not know. But it makes me want to tune in. So anyway.. MACKEY is back on April 3, 2007 for season VI of the Sheild. I can not wait.
Last season ended with Lem was being interrogated by Aceveda and Lt. Kavanaugh about the corruption of the Strike Team. Lem interegation and Kavanaugh's tense scutiny on the Stike Team causes a lot of pressure on all members of the Strike Team. Mackey finds a way to bail Lem out of jail and works out a plan to have Lem deported to Mexico. Plan goes bad when Shane can not handle the pressure anymore and is afraid Lem is going to tell the truth and murders Lem to make it look like suicide. The season ends with Mackey walking away from the car that contains Lem's body in tears saying he is going to find the person who killed Lem and kill them.
Meanwhile betrayal and other circumstances almost ruins Claudettes and Dutch's long friendship.
I am so excited that the Shield is coming back. John and I will be blogging on the Sheild so stay tuned.

4. Will Mackey be able to keep his professional career and personal life in check or will he crack?
5. Mackey has a new baby with Danny. What will happen with that?
